Shipping policy

LadderMod uses US post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) This can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

LadderMod are not held responsible for:

·         mistakes made by US post or the selected mail carrier

·         wrong address given by customer

·         damage to order by Postal Service

·         PO Box issues

·         stolen packages after delivery

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the package arrives in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
